The San Antonio Spurs were able to take down the Minnesota Timberwolves yesterday 106-88.

Tony Parker led the Spurs in scoring with 20 points.  Gary Neal contributed with 15 points making all three of his 3-pointers that he attempted.  Tim Duncan had 14 points, Manu Ginobili had 12 points and Tiago Splitter rounded out the scoring with 10 points.  The Spurs ran their home winning streak 12 games.

On the other side of the court, J.J. Barea led the Timberwolves in scoring with 15 points.  Nikola Pekovic contributed with 14 points and Luke Ridnour rounded out the scoring with 13 points.

San Antonio returns to action at home to take on the Memphis Grizzles on Wednesday.  Tip off is at 7:30 pm.
