The New York Giants have been on fire as of late winning 3 of their last 4, and that trend continued as the Giants absolutely dominated the Falcons in nearly every aspect of the game.

The Giants used a very aggressive defense, a few big plays from Eli Manning, and a dominate ground game to beat Atlanta 24-2. The Giants held the Falcons to just 64 rushing yards and just 247 total yards, completely shutting down Atlanta's game plan.  Atlanta's only score on the day came when Eli Manning committed intentional grounding penalty in the the end zone, which by rule counts as a safety.

All in all it was a rather dull game, but if the Giants' defense can continue to play at the level they did against the Falcons, they could very well be competing for another super bowl.
