According to local media reports, A juvenile male has been arrested in connection with the shooting of U.S. Deputy Marshal, Antonio Perez.
According to fire dispatch, a shooting call came in just before 5 p.m. on Jan. 15, at 11860 Socorro Road in San Elizario, TX.
According to a post shared to Instagram by StreetCopTraining, a fugitive opened fire on members of the Lone Star Task Fugitive Force who were trying to apprehend the fugitive in San Elizario, TX. The post also shared the seriousness of Perez’s injuries writing:
“Big prayers for US Deputy Marshal Antonio Perez who was shot in the head yesterday while being a hero. This is a very serious injury in light of what the news has reported. He and his family need our support.”
