Have you stepped outside today, El Paso. If not, fair warning IT’S COLD!!!
Below freezing temperatures are expected to hit the borderland overnight into Tuesday morning with temperatures reaching the 20s. Afternoon highs are expected to reach lower 40s and wind chill could be an issue for anyone that has to be outside in the morning.
