The growth of technology in Central Texas has been amazing over the years. We've all seen how Austin's city life has grown thanks to its ever growing usage. But, there's always something new that technology can do in Austin.

How Quickly Has Austin Grown Thanks To Technology?

Per Innovation & Tech Today, the city of Austin saw a massive population growth from 2010-2020, coming in at 33.7%. How good was it you ask? Innovation & Tech reports it was "five times" the size of the US's population growth.

So with all the companies that made their way to the city, the city also grew due to that. Austin has kept up with the demand for jobs as well, which has lead to advancement in every part of technology.

But now, this might be a new thing for the city, as a robot was recently seen walking in the state.

Video Surfaces Of Robot Walking In Austin, Texas

The video, as shown by KVUE, shows a robot simply down a sidewalk in the city:

First things first, who exactly owns this robot? Of course it's not a normal thing to see in the city. Also could it be controlled by somebody or is it just walking around by itself?

Second, they at least put a cowboy hat on him. He really fits in the Texas culture wouldn't you agree? But what's more interesting is that the people around the robot aren't fazed by the situation either.

Guess Austin is more in touch with the weird and robotic life!
