
Three Fugitives on the Texas 10 Most Wanted List Have Recently Been Captured
The streets of Texas are a little safer this weekend.
The Texas Department of Public Safety now says that three fugitives who have appeared on the Texas 10 Most Wanted list have been captured. Two of the three fugitives were on the Most Wanted Sex Offender list in Texas
Captured Texas Fugitives
David Earl Rogers was captured on Monday, April 28th in Converse, Texas. Rogers was wanted by Bexar County officials since December 2024 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault of a family/household member by impeding breath/circulation and interference with emergency assistance. According to KWTX, Rogers has a long criminal history in Bexar County.
Rodolfo Martinez, Jr was captured on Tuesday, April 29th in Lubbock, Texas. In 2008, he was convicted of burglary of a habitation with intent to abuse the victim sexually. This followed an incident with a 15-year-old girl. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Martinez was wanted out of Harris County since 2024 for indecency with a child by sexual contact. He also had a warrant out of Crosby County for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

Pedro Garza, Jr. was captured Thursday, May 1 in Runge, Texas. Garza had been wanted since December 2024, after a warrant was issued for his arrest out of Nueces County for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
None of the arrests came through crime stoppers which means there won't be a reward won't be paid in any of these cases.
Texan Fugitives Captured in 2025 So Far
28 fugitives in Texas have been captured so far. Out of those 28, six have paid out rewards thanks to tips submitted to crime stoppers.
