Gun Found At Lubbock School
A weapon was found in a faculty bathroom on the campus of Coronado High School according to KAMC. The incident happened on Monday according to the Lubbock Independent School District and an investigation is underway.
According to KAMC, a Lubbock Independent School District police officer has been put on administrative leave after a weapon was found and then secured in the faculty bathroom at Coronado High School on Monday. According to KAMC, the school district confirmed the gun was found Monday, but not much else has been confirmed.
EverythingLubbock.com reached out to LISD for clarification on who found the weapon.
A viewer told EverythingLubbock.com the weapon was a gun and it was later confirmed by the school district.
LISD also told EveryhtingLubbock.com an investigation was ongoing.
