Someone Please Open Up a Pickle Shop in Lubbock

One thing in this world that I can eat with every meal, every day, for the rest of my life, and not get sick of it, are pickles.

Something about a cold, crunchy, refreshing, pickle brings me so much joy. Whether it’s dill, garlic, spicy, sour, or any other type, there is a pretty strong likelihood that I'll enjoy it. I also know that there are many other pickle lovers out there who agree with me.

While there are some delicious pickles available at the store, there is just something special about a fresh, homemade, pickle. While I do have my own recipe for making them every now and then, I know there are other’s out there that can make killer pickles that would put my recipe to shame.

I especially know this because I keep coming across various pickle businesses on TikTok that look so good. One in particular is a pickle food truck in New York that serves a pickle flight that has my mouth watering just from watching the videos.

Seeing that makes me realize that Lubbock is missing out on the great chance to have some sort of pickle shop in town. As far as I'm aware (please correct me if I’m wrong), there are no specialty pickle shops in the Hub City. So, this is my plea for another pickle lover out there with some amazing recipes to make it happen.

I would 100% support anyone that made this dream come true and be your number one fan.
