Watch A Houston Police Officer do a Faceplant

A Houston police officer took a nosedive while chasing a suspect. 

Houston is a notoriously rowdy town, so I imagine there is never a dull moment for the police officers there. That has to be a tough job. But someone has to do it. I’m just glad that someone isn’t me. You couldn’t pay me enough to do it.

I can only imagine the kinds of bumps and bruises those officers have to endure. While there are plenty of citizens who cooperate when approached by law enforcement, there are always going to be those who do not. 

Just like the guy running from the police in the below video. 

As is usually the case with videos like this, I don’t know what the guy did to land him in hot water. I can only assume that he was guilty of it seeing as he ran from the cops. But we’ll probably never know. 

What we do know is that he’s a pretty elusive dude. Just when you think the cop is going to catch up to him, he cuts right, causing the cop to go down face-first on the concrete. We then see another cop come into view, picking up where the other left off. 

The video cuts off shortly after, leaving us to wonder if the guy was able to get away.
