
Collegiate Academy Applications Now Open in Texarkana and Hope
Applications are now open for two Collegiate Academies connected to the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana, giving students in Texarkana and Hope the chance to earn a high school diploma and an associate degree at the same time. The deadline to apply for both programs is Monday, June 1, 2026.
These programs are a wonderful way for students to get ahead in their higher education. Both academies are public and are tuition-free programs.

They are designed for students entering the 10th grade and offer significant college cost savings. According to a press release, it's the average savings of $20,394 compared to the first two years at an Arkansas public four-year university.
About The Texarkana Arkansas High School Collegiate Academy
The Arkansas High School Collegiate Academy is a partnership between theTexarkana Arkansas School District and UAHT. It is located on UAHT’s Texarkana campus and serves students who are enrolled, or eligible to enroll, in the Texarkana Arkansas School District.
Students complete a three-year curriculum while earning both a high school diploma and an associate degree. Applicants must meet collegiate academy entrance requirements, including acceptable ACCUPLACER test scores.

About The Hope Collegiate Academy
The Hope Collegiate Academy is a partnership between the Hope Public School District and UAHT and is located on the Hope campus. Students must be enrolled, or eligible to enroll, in the Hope Public School District to apply.
Like the Texarkana program, students complete a three-year curriculum while earning both a high school diploma and an associate degree.
