Early Morning House Fire Sends Woman to Lubbock Hospital

Friday morning (Oct. 25), Lubbock Fire Rescue responded to a house fire in the 2600 block of East 8^th Street and Zenith Avenue.

KAMC News reports that at about 4:40 a.m., a woman was rescued from the burning home and taken to a hospital with unknown injuries.

The woman's current condition is unknown and the fire department has not yet said what caused the fire or how extensive the damage is.
