Duby talked about spinach and avocados, which are great sources folic acids, vitamin A and vitamin C. She suggested watching the NCAA Tournament with guacamole. One tip Duby passed along including mixing the avocado with plain Greek yogurt, which will bump up the protein and cut the calories.
