Dallas Cowboy's wide receiver Miles Austin practiced for the second straight day on Thursday as he is still recovering from a hamstring injury.  That injury has forced him out for the past two weeks, but reports say he should be ready to go this Sunday vs. the Washington Redskins.

“I thought he did some good things. He seemed comfortable,” head coach Jason Garrett said. “He’d been running well the last couple of days. He got through practice for the most part fairly healthy.”

Austin (Pictured on the right) suffered the injury near the end of Dallas’ 31-7 win over the St. Louis Rams on September 22.  With him sustaining another injury this year and the time he's missed, it marks the 23rd time he has been listed as probable or worse on a Cowboy's injury report since 2008.

If he continues to miss time due to injury, owner/gm Jerry Jones might just decide it's time to move in a different direction.  The play of rookie Terrance Williams might also have something to do with whether or not Dallas keeps the veteran wide out.  That brings us to our FAN poll of the day.
