Hinkle (pictured on the right) boosted a talented Tech back line a year ago that allowed only nine goals throughout the entire 2013 season.  She was instrumental on the attack as well, providing a team-high six assists en route to earning third team All-American accolades.  Beckie, meanwhile, enters her junior season coming off another solid year up front for the Red Raiders where she totaled a team-high 12 goals and added four assists.  She was an All-Big 12 first team selection for the second-straight season and an NSCAA All-Region honoree as well.

Texas Tech was one of just 10 programs nationally with at least two players ranked among the top 50 in the nation and the only one from the Big 12 Conference.  The #17 ranked Red Raiders open the 2014 season this Sunday with a 7 pm kickoff against Oral Roberts at the John Walker Soccer Complex.
