The Texas Rangers Start a Three Game Weekend Series Against the Oakland A’s
The Texas Rangers are looking to bounce back after a tough loss on Sunday at the hands of the Chicago White Sox by a final score of 16-2. Texas was able to win the series as they won the first two games of that weekend series. Ron Washington and company will now turn their attention to a divisional foe in the Oakland Athletics for a three game mid-week series.

Straily was roughed up by the Angels for six runs in just 3 2/3 innings in his last start. He's 3-1 with a 4.05 ERA in six career starts against Texas.
