Tuesday, March 1 is Election Day across Texas. Specifically, for the 2022 Primary Elections.

Lubbock County will continue to use the Vote Centers concept for polling places across the county. A registered voter that lives in Lubbock County, will be able to vote at any Vote Center, provided they show a photo ID.

Polls will be open statewide from 7am-7pm. Some of the more contested races include: the Republican races for Texas Attorney General and Ag Commissioner, and locally the Republican Primaries for State Rep. District 84, the 72nd Judicial District Court, Lubbock County Judge and Lubbock County Commissioner Pct. 4.
