Jacksonville Jaguars first round draft choice Justin Blackmon had been arrested for an aggravated DUI charge. Authorities say Blackmon was arrested after a breathalyzer test indicated that he had three times the legal amount of alcohol in his system.

The former Oklahoma State star was pulled over shortly after 3am, when, according to Capt. Randy Dickerson, the officer noticed he smelled of alcohol.

Blackmon submitted to a breathalyzer test and blew a .24. Three times the legal limit of .08 in Oklahoma. Team spokesman Dan Edwards said, “We are aware of the report and are gathering information. We don’t have any comment at this time.” Blackmon, 22, was released from jail Sunday afternoon on $1,000 bond. He’s due in court on Monday, according to The Associated Press.

Blackmon has previously been arrested for a misdemeanor DUI charge in Texas back in 2010 after officers caught him speeding.

What do you think the Jaguars reaction to Blackmon's arrest should be?
