The results of an autopsy that was performed on former Dallas Cowboys player Jerry Brown revealed that he was sober when he was killed in a drunk driving accident.

The Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office said that Brown died of head and neck trama, had a dislocated neck and a bruised spine.  His blood alcohol content was only at 0.056 percent well below the 0.08 legal mandate.  He was not wearing a seatbelt when the car flipped.

Cowboys teammate Josh Brent has been charged with intoxication manslaughter in Brown's death and is currently free on $100,000.
